Part structure analysis and mould design
With complete project control system, proficient and qualified project engineers will analyze the part structure preliminarily, confirm the mould construction specification. Adopting to perfect part structure design, reduce design modification after the mould is constructed, shorten the processing time of part R&D, guarantee mould quality, we adopt advanced CAD, CAE and CAM technologies, using UG,CATIA, mould follow and PRO-E software.

NC processing data Integration
Advanced CAM software is employed for outputting precise design data in order to provide efficient program for the processing all accessories on machine tool.
Mould design

Mould construction
With full range of advanced equipment, we can guarantee high quality and tight tolerance mould components with effective and precise engineering. (Please refer to our equipment list)

Mould quality inspection
To offer the best quality mould and molding to our customer, we use CMM to measure the samples, make sure the tolerance is within customer requirements.
